…and holy crap it’s great. I’ve started my cross training and it’s effecting weightlifting when I clean, but that’s about it. But I’ve been doing INTENSE cardio. :D
NOT to eat after 7:00. I think that will help tremendously :D
Woke up kind of late so I had lunch not breakfast. Had a sandwich with avocado, mozzarella, and proscuitto. Then I went to work (I work in a bakery -__-) and didn’t eat anything! I WAS A PROUD ONE! Had roasted potatoes and turkey for dinner. SO HAPPY I DIDN’T BINGE!! :D
Drink only water.
Workout at least six times a week.
Do lunges four times a week.
Start saving up for Harry Potter World.
Try to lose seventeen pounds.
BE FUCKING HAPPY.
